We would like to inform residents that some of you may have recently received a package labeled as an “Annual Water Test Notice” in the mail (see photo below). Please note that this package is not from the City of Pooler or any of our official departments. The package appears to have been sent by a third-party entity based in Georgia, and we want to highlight that both the labeling and materials in this package may be misleading. While we are not making any accusations of wrongdoing, we feel it’s important to clarify that this mailer is not an official communication from the City’s Water Department.
The safety and peace of mind of our residents is our top priority.
