LOCATION OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Louisville Rd. close to the intersection of
Pine Barren Rd. (32.100859, -81.224761)

CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: The cause of the discharge was a blocked sewer line.

ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: Estimated less than 1000 gallons.

RECEIVING WATERS: Drainage canal contiguous to the City’s storm water system.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: Blockage was removed. The affected area was
neutralized with calcium hydroxide.

SPILL STATUS: Sewage is no longer leaking.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN TO PREVENT FUTURE DISCHARGE: Cleaning of
debris that was blocking the line.
