LOCATION OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Approximately 1360 S. Rogers St.
(32.100202, -81.255481)

CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: The cause of the discharge was a failed air relief valve.

ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: Estimated less than 5000 gallons.

RECEIVING WATERS: Harden Canal, a tributary of the Ogeechee River.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: The air relief was repaired. The affected area was
neutralized with calcium hydroxide and contaminated soil removed.

SPILL STATUS: Discharge is no longer leaking.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN TO PREVENT FUTURE DISCHARGE: Replacement of
the air relief valve.
