Farmers to Families Free Food Event | May 26

Join us at the Pooler Recreation Park on Rogers Street this Wednesday evening to pick up your free family-sized box of fresh produce, meat, and dairy! The Pooler Lions Club and the First Presbyterian Church of Pooler have partnered with the City of of Pooler to bring residents this Farmers to Families food giveaway. For your safety and convenience, this is a drive-thru event using a "truck to trunk" system; volunteers will be available to place your box directly in your vehicle. All are welcome!

The USDA Farmers to Families Food Box program was initially designed and implemented as a temporary, emergency relief effort to respond to severe market disruption caused by a global pandemic.
