Adopted ordinances have been enacted, but not yet included in our municipal code database (Municode). For your convenience, these are provided here, but like the proposed ordinances, they are not authoritative and may appear differently in their final form. For official reference, Municode also lists newly adopted ordinances in a similar section on their site.

Proposed ordinances are those that have been drafted, but not yet adopted, into our municipal code. These drafts have not yet been approved by a vote of the City Council and, as such, are not authoritative.
